This book was a God send. Just when I see my daughter, Ali, growing to adulthood and my hope of having any kind of relationship with the woman she is becoming begin to fade, Mother-Daughter Duet shined a light on the end of the tunnel. Being presented from two sides, both mother's and adult daughter's, this book has given me valuable insight, not just into my daughter, but into myself. While I know we still have many more battles to fight, thanks to this wonderful portrait of a successful mother-daughter relationship, I have more hope than ever that my daughter and I can also have a great relationship in the future.
